Patrick Reed continued his quest for his first green jacket with another top-notch showing at Augusta. The 27-year-old has never finished better than 22nd at this event, but remains in the driver’s seat after shooting five-under par today and moved to 14-under for the tournament. The highlight of the evening was Reed burying two eagles in three holes (No. 13 and No. 15) on the back nine, the most dominant stretch of an overall fantastic third round. If he can simply finish out the final 18 holes at the same standard he has set across the first 54, Reed should be able to win the first major of his career on his fifth trip to the Masters.
